Administration
Our Company

Our success relies on the professionalism of all the members of our team, from sales to logistics to administration. Our mutual goal is to provide our customers and suppliers with
an exceptional customer service quality and to promote their growth by meeting and anticipating their needs.

Sales

Our Vice-President Sales, is leading our sales and development efforts.
She is supported in the daily sales operations by Product Managers that cultivate the link
with our suppliers and industries, and by our Sales Director that leads the sales efforts of
our Account Managers and Sales Assistants.

Operations

We have a Director of Operations in charge of the logistic and customer service departments of the Company. The daily Logistic operations are under the responsibility of our Logistic Manager supported by our Freight and Storage Clerks. Together, they help maintain and increase the flexibility and reliability of our services. The Customer Service and order entry activities are performed by our order desk clerks in collaboration with the logistic coordinator and our sales assistants to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and suppliers.

Administration

Our President is in charge of all corporate activities and heads also the Administration department, supported by our Controller and Systems & Procedures Coordinator, assisted
by our administrative clerks.
